In an ongoing weeklong celebrations as a prelude to the 75th Independence Day, RMPS today celebrated pre Independence day. The school was tastefully decorated in the colours of our flag.
The programme began by welcoming the chief guest Mr. Sunil Singh, Dy. S.P. (Traffic) The director Mr. Rakshan Mengi conferred him with a token of respect.
This was followed by the flag hoisting ceremony by the chief guest Mr. Sunil Singh.
The feeling of patriotism was on display in form of the cultural programmeby not only the teachers but also the office staff. The participants talked about the significance of Independence and paid tributes to those who sacrificed their lives in the struggle for independence. There was also patriotic songs and dances performed the occasion.
The chief guest was suitably impressed by the performances and appreciated the teachers. He also emphasised that the teachers should continuously work for the betterment of society. The director Mr. Rakshan Mengi also appreciated the teachers and lauded their efforts.
