R.M Public School commenced a three-day Capacity Building Workshop from 16th to 18th July, 2026, aimed at promoting innovative teaching practices and creating joyful classrooms.
The inaugural session on 16th July focused on the theme “Happy Classroom, Happy Teacher”, with Art Integration as the subtopic. The session was conducted by resource person Mr. Amir Bashir under the banner of Creative Kids Publication, in the presence of Mr. Nabhi Sharma and Mr. Naveen Jasrotia, representatives of the publication. Teachers actively participated in the interactive session and gained practical strategies to make learning creative, engaging, and experiential.
The workshop was hosted by Ms. Megha, HOD Science, Lakshya Building, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from the teaching fraternity.
Chairman Shri Rameshwar Mengi Ji, Director Shri Rakshan Mengi Ji, Vice Principal Dr. Harvinder Kaur, and Administrator Shri Surinder Singh Ji appreciated the initiative and encouraged educators to embrace innovative practices for the holistic development of students.
