Investiture Ceremony

To instill a sense of leadership, duty, and discipline among students, RMPS proudly organized its Investiture Ceremony on 29th April 2025. The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the academic calendar, symbolizing the school’s faith in the capabilities of its young leaders and empowering them to take on responsibilities with integrity and commitment.

The event began with a warm Welcome Address and the Lighting of the Lamp, signifying the triumph of light over darkness and the beginning of a new leadership journey. This was followed by the Flag Hoisting and the National Anthem, invoking patriotic sentiments and national pride.

A Token of Gratitude was presented to the dignitaries and guests, acknowledging their valuable presence. The soul-stirring School Song then echoed through the premises, evoking a deep sense of belonging.

The students’ synchronized Marchpast stood as a testament to their discipline, teamwork, and pride in their roles. The heart of the ceremony was the Badge Distribution, where selected students were officially appointed. Each badge symbolized trust, responsibility, and leadership.

The newly elected Student Council took a solemn Oath, pledging to perform their duties sincerely and uphold the school’s values. A motivational Guest Speech further encouraged them to lead by example and inspire others through their actions.

A thought-provoking speech was delivered by Worthy Chairman Mr. Rameshwar Mengi, emphasizing the true meaning of leadership—not in authority, but in service, accountability, and positive influence.

The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem, uniting all in a shared vision for a brighter and more responsible future.

Respected Director Mr. Rakshan Mengi, Vice Principal Dr. Harvinder Kaur, and Administrator Mr. Surinder Singh appreciated the event, highlighting how the Investiture Ceremony serves as a powerful platform to develop student leaders and instill democratic values in young minds. It prepares them to take initiative, make thoughtful decisions, and lead their peers toward excellence—skills that will benefit them not just in school, but throughout life.
