RM Public School celebrated the vibrant festival of Baisakhi with great enthusiasm and joy in the school premises. The event was meticulously organized under the supervision of the school administrators, with efforts and guidance of Respected Director RMPS Mr.Rakshan Mengi , Versatile Vice Principal Dr. Harvinder Kaur , Energetic Administrator Mr. Surinder Singh and with the presence of one of the admired member from SNJN Mr. Harish and the Educators accompanying them.
The celebration began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, marking the auspicious beginning of the day. This was followed by a heartfelt token of gratitude, appreciating the efforts of all those who contributed to organizing the event.
A thoughtfully presented skit with a meaningful concept highlighted the cultural and Historical Significance of Baisakhi, emphasizing values of Unity, Gratitude, and Harvest Celebration. The skit was followed by a vibrant dance performance, showcasing traditional Punjabi folk dance forms that added color and energy to the occasion.
The event concluded with an inspiring speech by Our Worthy Chairman sir Mr. Rameshwar Mengi who emphasized the importance of cultural heritage in shaping students’ values and identities. The celebration came to a patriotic close with the rendition of the National Anthem, uniting everyone in pride and spirit.
The program was beautifully decorated with dedicated contributions from the entire team for pooja Arrangements, Video and Photography, Dress Coordination, and overall Student Management.
Such celebrations at RMPS aim to instill Cultural Pride and Encourage Students to value their traditions while embracing Diversity.
