Jammu, 29th October 2024 – In a Festive Gathering embodying the spirit of Diwali, RM Public School organized an exuberant celebration with its sister institutions – Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar, Shiksha Niketan Gandhi Nagar, and Pushp Vatika Jeevan Nagar – on October 29, 2024. The event brought Students and Teachers from all participating schools together to celebrate the festival of lights and mark the joyous occasion of Dhanteras.

The celebration opened with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness. The day was filled with cultural performances by Students, showcasing the rich heritage and values associated with Diwali. From soulful bhajans and vibrant folk dances to engaging skits, each act was a testament to the students’ creativity and enthusiasm.
Dhanteras, the auspicious beginning of the Diwali season, was also honored, with RM Public School presenting token gifts to all teachers as a gesture of appreciation and good wishes. The school grounds were adorned with decorative rangolis and diyas, adding to the festive atmosphere.
Worthy Chairman of RM Public School Mr. Rameshwar Mengi ji extended warm greetings to the attendees, highlighting the importance of celebrating togetherness and cultural traditions.
