Orientation program

Today i.e on 13 th of July, 2024, R.M. Public School is thrilled to announce the final day of our enlightening orientation programme. Over the past few days, our staff was engaged in a series of insightful sessions aimed at fostering professional growth and enhancing educational excellence. As we approached the last day of this enriching journey, we all had an  impactful conclusion.The event was highlighted by the resource person Mr. Avinash Mahajan (MSc,MEd), Vice Principal(Army Public School ) with an Experience of 31 years in Education.

He has Conducted workshops on teaching of mathematics, NEP in many CBSE schools and is working as an Advisory member of BramRishi Banwara School , Udhampur. He was accompanied by Mr. Vikas Mehra , Territory Manager in Intellica in Jammu & Kashmir. The event began with the welcome of the guests followed by lightening of lamp seeking the blessings of Maa Saraswati . Worthy chairman Mr. Rameshwar Mengi , Dashing Director Mr. Rakshan Mengi , Versatile Vice principal Dr. Harvinder kaur ,Supportive Administrator Mr. Surinder Singh graced the event by their charismatic presence . Centerpiece of the event was the refreshing song as well as dance performance by Staff members of RMPS.

   This session provided valuable strategies for ongoing professional development, focusing on innovative teaching techniques, collaborative learning, and personal growth to empower our educators to excel in their roles.

2. **Stress Management** 

   **Session:** 2nd 

   **Time:** 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. 

“Stress is not what happens to us, it’s our response to what happens. And response is something we can choose.”   Recognizing the importance of mental well-being, this session  offered  practical tools and approaches for managing stress effectively. Attendees learnt many techniques to maintain a healthy work-life balance and create a positive classroom environment.

“As we conclude our orientation programme, we reflect on the theme, “Let’s Learn Together,” celebrating the collective efforts of our dedicated staff. This final day promises to equip our educators with the knowledge and skills needed to face the upcoming academic year with confidence and enthusiasm”, said worthy Chairman Sir while wrapping up the event.
