Celebrating Independence Day with Pride: Flag Hoisting Ceremony by School Staff Members

15th August,2024: On the auspicious occasion of India’s 78th Independence Day, RMPS proudly organized a flag hoisting ceremony attended exclusively by the dedicated staff members. This year’s celebration was a tribute to the tireless efforts of the educators and administrative staff who continue to uphold the values of education and nation-building.

The event commenced with the hoisting of the national flag by the Special guest SP South Ajay Sharma, SHO Channi Mr. Mohd Sadaq and SI Sainik Colony Mr. Amreek Singh accompanied by the singing of the National Anthem. The atmosphere was filled with patriotism as the tricolor unfurled against the sky, symbolizing the freedom and unity of our great nation.

Following the flag hoisting, Worthy Chairman Mr Rameshwar Mengi,Director Pushp Vatika Mr Rasheek Mengi, Mr Rakshan Mengi, Vice-principal Dr Harvinder Kaur, Administrator Mr Surinder singh delivered an inspiring speech reflecting on the importance of Independence Day and the role of educators in shaping the future of the country. The speech emphasized the significance of freedom, unity, and the collective responsibility of every citizen, especially educators in nurturing the next generation.

In addition to the flag hoisting, patriotic songs and poem were recited by educators with great zeal and enthusiasm.

The event concluded with light refreshments and an informal gathering, where staff members shared their thoughts and experiences, reinforcing the bond of camaraderie and dedication that drives the school community.
